Functional Nutrition Counseling
Together, we focus on the root cause of your symptoms and develop a personal treatment plan and food code around your unique physiological and biochemical needs, while taking into account your medical history, lifestyle factors and preferences.
Integrative health is a whole-body approach to solving complex cases, joining the latest evidence-based clinical research with holistic health practices, including mindful eating strategies and motivational coaching. Our relationship is a partnership, one that empowers you to take control of your health and places you at the center of your healing journey.

Integrative Health Solutions
Together, we create your personalized nutrition treatment plan, with supplement and herbal interventions if necessary, while incorporating lab analysis and care coordination with other practitioners when applicable.
To support your health and preferences, I offer guidance on meal planning, personalized shopping lists, grocery store tours, recipe development as needed, and an introduction to cooking for those new to the kitchen.
To help you achieve your goals, I implement motivational coaching as we introduce sustainable behavior modifications to optimize your success. I draw from years of experience as a Certified Meditation Instructor and Corporate Wellness Presenter, offering guided meditations and personalized practices targeting stress, sleep, mindful living and eating.
